can i send stuff to the FBI for finger printing if i pay for it my self?
we had our skate park spray painted but they left the cans and tops there and you can easilly see the finger prints but the cops would do any thing about it because its not a felony. can i send them in my self and have them check?
No.
The FBI does not except evidence from private citizens.
I would call the police and insist to speak with a supervisor. If there are finger prints they should have dusted for prints, even in a misdemeanor case.
